Refund and Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days after the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@miorahome.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
